To spread the joy and passion of fitness through the "whole athlete" journey. My focus for each client is to find fitness and wellness activities that inspire you to show up every day. As a busy, working professional, I know what it's like to put yourself and your wellness last. My approach to the whole athlete will keep you accountable, get you moving, prioritize your physical health, and help you reach your fitness goals. You will gain energy and more motivation to treat your body with the respect it deserves.

Fitness Trainer

I'm a 6x full Ironman Triathlon finisher, 15+ marathon runner, countless long-distance bike races, road races, and short races, coaching others through race prep, fat loss, and fitness goals. I've been a certified personal trainer in my early days of fitness and am a lifetime fitness enthusiast. I now lean on my expertise and lifelong fitness journey to educate and prepare my clients for success.
